I specialize in all kinds of residential and commercial properties across all DHA phases, including DHA City Phase 9, and I am an exclusive registered agent for EMAAR Pakistan.

My services cater especially to overseas clients, including those residing in the USA, Canada, and other countries, who wish to sell or purchase properties in DHA Karachi. I offer a seamless transfer process through DHA offices abroad, allowing clients to complete property transactions without needing to travel to Pakistan, as per DHA regulations.

In addition to property dealings, I also specialize in buying and selling complete home furnishings and decorative items. I offer collection services for those wishing to donate items such as furniture, electronics, and metals.

For clients in Canada, I collaborate with registered property agents in Ontario to facilitate genuine property transactions, including the buying and selling of houses, townhomes, and residential properties. I also offer professional renovation services, with a skilled team specializing in basement, bathroom, and kitchen renovations, as well as painting, tiling, and woodwork.
